Fracture: Entrenched, much like Fracture: Tenrai before it, will give players an opportunity to earn unique rewards by progressing through a special (and free) themed Battle Pass during the first week of each month. This Battle Pass will offer players several different cosmetic rewards and other bonuses, and unlike Season 1's Battle Pass, Season 2's will give players opportunities to earn up to 1,000 credits that can be used in Halo Infinite's microtransaction store.Īdditionally, a new Fracture event called Entrenched is coming to Season 2 on May 24. Halo Wars 2 (2017) Following years of calls from fans, 343 finally dropped a Halo Wars sequel on February 21, 2017. Over the course of Season 2's six-month duration, players will also be able to purchase and progress through a new 100-tier Battle Pass. Other planned gameplay additions and features for Season 2 include Halo Infinite campaign co-op and campaign mission replay in late August, an open beta for Halo Infinite's Forge level creation mode in September. It's unclear what these events actually are at the moment, but we expect that there may be special themed multiplayer playlists or perhaps even some bite-sized PvE cooperative experiences. Season 2 will also feature two "Narrative Events" - Interference on May 3 to May 16, and Alpha Pack on July 19 to August 1.

Halo season 2 gets an exciting update directly from star Pablo Schreiber, clarifying the progress of the Paramount+ video game adaptation.
It was shown at E3 2003, and revealed new designs for Halo 2, including ODSTs, Battle Rifles (which were originally going to be single-shot), dual-wielding, SMGs, Brutes, the Gauss Warthog, among others.
